We had a delightful stay at a charming hotel in a beautiful coastal city. The hotel had a nostalgic atmosphere and unique Italian charm. Our room had a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a fantastic ocean view. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing us with insider tips for exploring the city. The proximity to the beach was a bonus, and we enjoyed a lovely dinner at the hotel. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

This Hotel don't have elevator. It is'nt confortable for the old people. Also I would like that the keys should be electronics.

Peace and quiet; the hotel is situated in front of the sea; beautiful view. Very nice and friendly owners (spoke perfect english and french). The bus service was cheap and practical.
A little bit out of the way; no restaurant near by; must use your car or take the bus (which runs every 15mns to go down town); Pizzas delivery is an option ;

Good location across from public beach, view of beach from our room, friendly family-run hotel. No ac didnt matter because it was a bit cool when we were there. San Remo is a great place to visit.
No safe. No ac. Public beach is really small but ok.

The owners were friendly and could speak English, and also the price of the room was very reasonable.
All television channels were Italian without subititles so I could not understand. Also the hotel was further from the dock and train station than expected.

We had an amazing time at this charming hotel which is ideally located close to the beaches. The view from the terrace was breathtaking and the breakfast was excellent. The staff was extremely kind and friendly and spoke several languages. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms had been recently renovated. We particularly appreciated the mini fridge in the room and the fact that pets were welcome.
The hotel seemed a bit dated, but it gave it an old-fashioned charm that we actually enjoyed.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The ocean view from my balcony was stunning and it was amazing to be steps away from the beach. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast they served was one of the best I've had in a long time, with a variety of fresh and delicious options. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean, well-maintained and had a charming old-world vibe.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel was good for those with a car, with free parking available both on the property and nearby. The staff was kind and helpful.
We usually prefer being within walking distance of restaurants and shops, and it was necessary to drive to get to those from La Brise.

The management of the hotel is superb: the rooms are clean, the breakfast is more than enough, the internet and bikes are for free. Not to speak about the smile of the staff which is offerred for free 24 hours a day.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic - just across the street from the crystal blue sea. I loved waking up to the breathtaking view of the seaside from my room. The staff were also very attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Another highlight was the breakfast, which had a fabulous waterfront view. It was included in the price and offered a good variety of choices. Additionally, the rooms were well-maintained and had a great attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Everything was great!

Our rooms had terraces overlooking the sea, which was very nice. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. The staff were extremely nice, friendly, accommodating. We loved our stay here.
Since our rooms overlooked the sea, they were directly by the very busy road that goes into the town, so the noise level was pretty high from motorcycles, trucks, etc. If you want the view and the terrace, you will put up with the noise.

The hotel's location is fantastic - beautiful views of the sea and just a 4-minute walk to a public beach. The staff were kind and helpful, and the room in the annex was comfortable, with good air conditioning and a well-equipped bathroom. The free parking with cameras and the surrounding plants added to the pleasant atmosphere.
It was all superb.

The young couple who run it are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the coastal cycle and pedestrian way, and to the beach.(There is a free beach a short walk away). The rooms have terraces and sea views. Breakfast is very good, both in quantity and quality. It is also very convenient for the stop for buses into San Remo and along the coast. Villa La Brise has a very friendly homely atmosphere.
The traffic noise from the road adjacent to the hotel.
